If you are an out-of-state buyer looking for a highly capable European specialty shop for a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) in the Denver area, I cannot recommend Elite Imports Auto Repair enough. Corey, Joey, and the entire team are exceptionally thorough, transparent, and operate with a high level of technical expertise. They do not just perform a basic visual walk-around; they put the vehicle on a lift and run deep diagnostic module scans. During my inspection, they accurately identified ruptured front lower control arm hydro-bushings and deeply scored rear brake rotors. More impressively, their diagnostics uncovered a complex electrical failure where a severed LIN bus network had killed the KAFAS camera and disabled the A/C solar sensor. They even went the extra mile to provide timestamped photographic proof of a thermometer in the vent struggling to hit 60 degrees to document the A/C limp mode. Their clinical, heavily documented diagnostic report gave me absolute clarity on the vehicle's true mechanical condition. If you need honest, top-tier diagnostic work and great communication, this is the exact shop you want looking at your car.

2018 Ford F150 cam phasers were rattling on start. I call a few repair shops and while all of them were friendly, Piper, with Elite, was not only friendly she was very helpful with the truck repair. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently took my 2021 Dodge Durango R/T Tow N Go to Elite Import Auto Repair after dealing with a drivetrain issue that had been difficult to pinpoint. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem and determined that the drivetrain control module (DTCM) had failed. What impressed me most was their professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to explain what was going on rather than just throwing parts at the problem. They kept me informed throughout the process, and I left feeling confident that the issue had been correctly identified and repaired. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary loaner car. Being able to stay mobile while my Durango was being repaired made the entire experience much less stressful, and it's a level of customer service you don't find everywhere. It's not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elite Import Auto Specialist to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable automotive service. Great service! Super knowledgeable. Very fair prices, $100’s less than a dealership. It was just a synthetic oil change, but I kept getting static from other garages about how difficult it was going to be for an XC 60 (filter hard to get to???), which supposedly drove the price up to mid-upper $200s, but these guys got it done quickly for over a $100 less, they even helped with the transpo. I’ll be back.

Took my b9 Audi sq5 to them to help diagnose a clunk/creak coming from my front end after lowering springs and control arms were installed. They were very open about the process and communicated the whole way through. They were able to get the noise fixed and also did a brake flush. These guys are truly amazing and also have good prices and transparency. I'm sure the work is fine but they charge double what its worth. They tried to tell me my rotors needed replacing just because there's some rust on the edges.. LOL

Jim, We appreciate your feedback. To clarify, we did not recommend replacing your rotors because of rust on the outer edge. Surface rust on the edge of a rotor is common and, by itself, is not a reason for replacement. Our technician documented and photographed significant corrosion on the rotor's friction surface—the portion contacted by the brake pads. When corrosion extends into the braking surface, it reduces pad contact and braking effectiveness, which is why replacement was recommended. We provide digital inspection photos so our customers can see exactly what our technicians are seeing and make an informed decision. We respect your decision to decline the repair and appreciate the opportunity to inspect your vehicle.

Brought my 2005 Ford Escape in for a tire/alignment check and Elite found significant wear I didn’t know about — worn control arms, tie rod ends, sway bar end links, and a bad wheel bearing.
