Elite imports always does a great job when servicing my Volvo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently took my 2021 Dodge Durango R/T Tow N Go to Elite Import Auto Repair after dealing with a drivetrain issue that had been difficult to pinpoint. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem and determined that the drivetrain control module (DTCM) had failed. What impressed me most was their professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to explain what was going on rather than just throwing parts at the problem. They kept me informed throughout the process, and I left feeling confident that the issue had been correctly identified and repaired. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary loaner car. Being able to stay mobile while my Durango was being repaired made the entire experience much less stressful, and it's a level of customer service you don't find everywhere. It's not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elite Import Auto Specialist to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable automotive service. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

Great service! Super knowledgeable. Very fair prices, $100’s less than a dealership. It was just a synthetic oil change, but I kept getting static from other garages about how difficult it was going to be for an XC 60 (filter hard to get to???), which supposedly drove the price up to mid-upper $200s, but these guys got it done quickly for over a $100 less, they even helped with the transpo. I’ll be back.

Took my b9 Audi sq5 to them to help diagnose a clunk/creak coming from my front end after lowering springs and control arms were installed. They were very open about the process and communicated the whole way through. They were able to get the noise fixed and also did a brake flush. These guys are truly amazing and also have good prices and transparency. Will be brining my cars back to them if there’s any other issues I run into and definitely is a good place to bring your car if you are looking for a shop. Very pleased with my experience

I'm sure the work is fine but they charge double what its worth. They tried to tell me my rotors needed replacing just because there's some rust on the edges.. LOL

Brought my 2005 Ford Escape in for a tire/alignment check and Elite found significant wear I didn’t know about — worn control arms, tie rod ends, sway bar end links, and a bad wheel bearing. They walked me through everything clearly with a detailed inspection report, didn’t pressure me on anything, and the pricing felt fair for the amount of work involved. Car drives like a completely different vehicle now — no more clunking or wander. Would recommend to anyone needing suspension work done right.

I was really impressed with their customer service and genuine concern for their customers. They provided a complimentary inspection, thoroughly explained the issues with my brake pads and rotors, and clearly presented the available options to address them. Oil and filters change. I was given a complete explanation for the work done and pictures were shown as to why the air filter needed to be changed in addition to the requested oil change. Cory Was courteous and friendly as well as informative. These guys have been extremely solid, and I truly appreciate them. They replaced my entire engine without any issues, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Most recently, my AC failed, and during a routine oil change I asked if they could take a look. Without hesitation, they got to work and had everything fixed quickly. For me it’s constant; so when I reached out to Corey at Elite Imports to build a new relationship in auto services, I can’t tell you how refreshed I was to deal with He and the crew. I brought my truck in because the check engine light was on. Cory and his team did a great job trying to figure out a solution to my issues. They kept me aware of what they were finding and the options I had. The price is what it is(nothing is affordable anymore). Overall this is a great shop and I will bring my vehicle back if I need to.

This place is terrible, lousy diagnosis of my bmw. They said they were certain they checked the fuses/wiring and then their quote charge me 3k for a vvt replacement, I went to another place and they fixed my car by simply checking the wiring and unplugging and replugging in some connections. This place may be good for other luxury vehicles but don’t take your bmw here

UNBELIEVABLE! After 3 years of taking my truck to Autonation for a recurring issue with my power step, I dropped my truck off (2019 Ram 1500 Limited) after my wife suggested Elite Import, They call an uber for you, I get home, take a nap, wake up and it is fixed? Can this be true? Not only is it true and has worked from the time I picked it up without fail, but they also found the issue of why my brakes were causing a shaky stop. Repaired front brakes, oil change all in a day. Joey, Cory, and Zach are who I worked with here and they are all not only incredibly professional, but also communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will never go back to a dealer after having such an amazing experience. I still cannot believe they fixed in an hour or so, what a large dealership could not in 5 or 6 trips over 3 years. THANK YOU ELITE IMPORT AUTO REPAIR! Family owned is the only way to go. Better service, care, quality.

From regular service and maintenance to heavy duty repairs and electrical, me and my family trust Elite with any kind of work and can feel confident everytime I drive away after getting a repair or service by them.

Our multiple experiences with Elite have been amazing. I found them through our warranty company when our Volvo had its first issue. They’ve been able to get us in quickly, finish repairs on time, worked with our warranty, and are excellent communicators during every step. We’ve had different repairs varying from AC to breaks to oil changes and all have been completed quickly and as promised.

Elite Imports is hands-down the best European shop I’ve used. I brought my BMW X5 50i in for a major 66,000-mile service, and their work was flawless. I had them do the spark plugs, flush the brake fluid, service the AC, and completely refresh the xDrive system (front/rear diffs and transfer case). I also had an electrical gremlin from a rodent chewing an O2 sensor wire, which they diagnosed and repaired perfectly. The truck drives like it's brand new again, and the low-speed driveline shudder is completely gone. If you need a shop that actually understands modern BMWs and won't give you the runaround, this is the place

Great experience with Elite Imports Auto Repair. Scheduling was easy, appointment reminders were helpful, and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough with their inspection of my older, low-mileage Jaguar F-Type. They also offer complimentary rides back home or to the office if you leave your car with them. It’s not always easy to find a shop you trust, but I’ve definitely found one here, and I’ll be bringing my other car to them, as well as recommending them to others. 👍
